Help center

Everything needed to set Nibwright up and run it, written so you can finish each step without asking anyone. If something looks broken, troubleshooting is at the bottom and starts with the one page that explains almost everything.

Everything needed to get from a new account to a proposal waiting for review.

Running it day to day

The two screens you will actually live in, and how to read them.

Notifications

Where the work reaches you. Slack for anything time-sensitive, email as the fallback.

Account and billing

What credits buy, how the plans differ, and what to do when something looks wrong.

Two screens answer most questions

A search's Activity page lists every check it has run and what came of it. The credit ledger on Billing itemises every credit that moved. Between them they cover nearly every “why did that happen”.

Test a channel before trusting it

Every channel row on Integrations has a Send a test button. It pushes a real message through the real sending code and writes down what the provider said, so a failure shows you the actual error rather than silence.

Ready to set it up?

Connecting Upwork and creating a first search takes about five minutes, and starter credits are included so you can judge the output before paying for it.
